Choosing a medical career

Medical students: follow the flow chart to see your future. Beats those excruciating career path psych tests. The one I did at school said I would either make a good petrol pump operator or a solicitor. I still don't know which is more terrifying!

Um take the graph, and open it up in a image editing program and then circle or draw ticks on the boxes that apply to you.

Or send me the boxes that apply to you and I'll do it for you.

YES! Everything is so clear now! Um... but I don't wannabe a surgeon. Where's the "Infectious Diseases/Pulm" option?? ;)

Useful med.specialty guide.
Other things to note in this litigious age are:
1) You can be radical in treating dermatology patients and rarely kill anyone.
2) Similarly, in Opthalmology the patients struggle to identify the guilty medic at the suspects identity parade.

You need to be "mean" to be in surgery? Why? My father is a surgeon, but he is not mean at all.
